The Externalization of Perfection

Blessings, my dear chelas, I would like to continue on the subject of the qualification of Energy!
The Kingdom of Heaven IS within you, which fact beloved Jesus taught the multitudes. He conveyed the Truth, because the capacity within the Sacred Fire to impress the Universal Light Substance and set it into motion according to the design of the individual is anchored within every man.
That with which an individual is surrounded is the externalization of the vibrations which he has impressed upon the sensitive life energy and which lives for him as his environment and realm of activity. Therefore, all limitation and shadow is but the vibration of this pure Light which has been obediently set into motion through the thought and feeling processes of mankind.
When the chela determines to set his house in order, he has the authority WITHIN himself to cause every vibration that has passed through the energy of his own life from the beginning of time to cease its motion, and the decree of the Beloved Jesus "PEACE - BE STILL" is a Cosmic Fiat, which can be used to stop all discordant vibrations.
Let your own Beloved "I AM" Presence take command, and be the Authority in your world, and through that authority all that is imperfect can be instantly stopped, returning the energy to the quiescent God Purity which it had before the individual's pressure sent it into motion, and on the instant it can be re-qualified with God Perfection.
The more peace and quiet one can secure preceding his Decrees, the greater will be the power which can flow through and be directed into the manifestation desired or required. Thus can the externalization of the Peace, Purity, Opulence and all Good more quickly ensue.
The reason for your Decrees or your powerful silent Invocations is to repeatedly seize these new vibrations and hold them until they manifest in form.
The vibrations that are crystallized in every error, chain and shadow of human experience represent hundreds of thousands of years of repeated thought and feeling which has resulted in tremendous momentums of imperfection. The setting up of new vibrations requires careful feeding, until they have become the predominant influence in the life of the individual.
Herein lies a Great Cosmic Service, because the more such vibrations of God Perfection that flow in, through and around the Planet Earth and her evolutions, the more good there is for mankind to feed upon, until one day naught but Good remains with which to nurture their souls.
And now, I enfold you in the Peace of the Holy Spirit, a Privilege with which I have been endowed by the Father of all Life!
